After you log into ImpairMaster for Guides 5, you'll see the "Your Reports" page. If this is the first time you are logging in, there won't be any reports in the list.


To create a report, click the "New Report" button



After you click the new report button, you can provide details about the report such as the patient's name, date of exam, etc. In the report properties page, you can optionally provide a report reference. This does not show up on the report anywhere and is for your information only.



After saving the details, you'll be returned to the "Your Reports" page. To open that report for editing, click the small "open folder" icon to the far right.



Once the report is opened for editing, use the impairment tree on the left side to find the various impairments for the rating. Click the small plus sign to expand an area. Clicking on the desired impairment type will bring up an entry form for you to provide more details about the condition.


Each time you add a new impairment to the report (or modify an existing impairment), the entire impairment rating report is recalculated and displayed in the browser window.


When the report is complete, click the small printer icon in the upper right corner of the report. 



The PDF version of the report will be displayed in the browser window. Depending on the browser you are using, you should be able to print the report or download and save it to your computer.
